The following images feature the beautiful scenery of North Wales.Most of the pictures were taken inside the boundaries of Snowdonia National Park.

Limited Edition of 495 each size. The view across the Mawddach Estuary shows the Railway Bridge,and the impressive Cadair Idris looming in the distance.The Mawddach Estuary is one of the great natural wonders of Britain with superb views along most of its length from various vantage points.A nature trail along a former railway track on the South side of the river is recommended for all lovers of wildlife.There are numerous R.S.P.B spots to visit with a bird observatory at Penmaenpool near Dolgellau.

Limited Edition of 495 each size.  Standing in a lonely valley is the ancient hump backed bridge of Pont Scethin.Beneath the bridge the River Ysgethin flows down to the sea at Talybont,close to Barmouth.The ancient structure is probably well known to walkers who cross the Rhinog range of mountains and to Drovers long since gone,but it is still hard to believe that the London to Harlech stagecoach used to rumble across this wonderful bridge.A beautiful and peaceful place.One of my all time favourites.

Limited Edition of 495 each size. Showing the Moelfre(583m) centre, and on the right the Iron Age Hillfort of Craig y Dinas.Lying in the Ysgethin valley north of Barmouth this is a beautiful spot in the Rhinogs.On the slopes of Moelfre is a derelict coaching inn(not visible) and further up the valley lies the mountain lake of Bodlyn.Of interest here are the incredible amount of Glacial boulders scattered over the hillsides,some of great size and amazing shape.

Limited Edition of 495 each size. This shows Llyn Gwynant in Snowdonia on a late summer day.Looming in the far distance is Yr Aran(747m). As the road from Capel Curig winds down to Beddgelert there are several vantage points to view this beautiful lake.

Limited Edition of 495 each size.  This photograph was taken in the afternoon at at opportune moment just after the farmer and his colleagues had left the field. Within a few hours the entire field had been cleared of bales and machinery.The Rhinog foothills and the passes of Bwlch Rhiwgyr and Bwlch Cammaria can be seen top left and middle.The Cadair range is just visible on the right of the picture.

Limited Edition of 495 each size.  The photograph was taken inside the Morfa Dyffryn Nature Reserve south of Harlech. Showing the emergence of the new Marram grass and some of the established areas of the sand dune system. Although appearing to be dry and barren there are many plants and animals surviving happily in this environment.A permit is required to access certain areas of the site.

Limited Edition of 495 each size. Ty Crwn(The Old Gaol) is one of the best and most unusual monuments in old Barmouth.Two figures show what life was almost certainly like in an 1830's prison.Easily accessible from the Harbour and beach front.

Limited Edition of 495 each size. The mighty 13th century fortress of Edward the First towering over Tremadog Bay with a view across to the Lleyn Peninsula.This has to be one of the great sites to build a castle and was well chosen by Edward's  great builder Master James of St.George.Seen for miles approached from either North or South,this truly is a breathtaking edifice.

This area of land was the first to be donated to the National Trust in March 1895.The town of Barmouth(Abermaw) became popular in the 19th century when the combination of sea, sand and mountains started to attract visitors.
